Availability rules define your rates and availability against each room type. Use these rules to publish rates and availability to the instant direct booking app BookIt or to many leading OTAs via MyAllocator.

When does Guestbook update MyAllocator

Any time you make an update in Guestbook 247 that has an affect on availability or rates then a message is automatically sent to myallocator to keep it in synch. So as soon as you add a rule a message is sent to myallocator, likewise adding a new booking or change the room allocation of an existing confirmed booking results in an update message to myallocator.
