Availability

Several places in the system an availability calendar is displayed, such as on the homepage & when allocating rooms.

Availability Homepage

  • A calendar view of room availability for a 30 day period at a time.

  • Can scroll through dates "<<" and ">>"

  • Jump back to Today just click "=="

  • Shows rooms that have unconfirmed or confirmed bookings, rooms marked as closed

  • Can show an availability calander from the booking page when allocating rooms or from a separate menu option.

  • Can navigate directly to bookings from the availability calendar

  • From the homepage clicking on an available date will redirect you to the Create Booking page with a room and arrival date set according to the location clicked in the calendar.
