Forgotten Password

From the login page there's a Forgotten Password link. Click this and you'll need to enter your username for guestbook247.com. An email will be sent to your registered email address. The email should arrive within a few minutes. It will contain a password reset link. This link is only valid for 30 minutes, you can always request a further reset if the link expires. Click the link and you'll get to enter a new password. Once entered you'll be taken to the login page, enter your username and new password.

I can't remember my username!

At the moment if you forget your username you need to contact the team at Guestbook 24/7 (facebook message or use the built in feedback system) and we will help you out.

Change Password

You can change your password, if you know the current one. Login and towards the top right of the page where it says Hello, Fred Brown simply click on your name and the change password page is loaded.

Password Rules

• Between 6 and 10 characters

• At least one numerical character

• Suggest you don't use the same passwords as you use on other sites.
