Release 1.2.0 - 10 Jan 2018 : Improved Invoicing

  • Invoice base rate templates - you can define say a Room Only template that defines a room rate and tax rate and the fixed daily tourist tax. another template maybe Bed & Breakfast - room rate, breakfast fee and tourist tax. One of these can be marked as a default template to use for new bookings but the template can be switched at any time per booking. The templates mean the invoice gets pre-populated with appropriate line items.

  • Each template can have an intro text that added into the invoice.

  • German lang invoices (will need enhancing beyond google translate)

  • Existing invoices that use "base rate" invoice category continue to work and can be switched to the new templates.

  • Fixed bug with more than 10 invoice lines (no more nasty paging)

  • Fixed bug with missing invoice numbers - will now auto generate

  • Several UI improvement to invoicing

  • Booking Export now includes guest email and mobile

Release 1.0.18 - 09 Oct 2015 : Invoice address and Important Notes.

Release 1.0.17 - 3 Aug 2015 : myAllocator Phase 1.

  • Phase 1 of the myAllocator OTA aggregator service enables bookings to be automatically received and added to the Guestbook availability calendar.

Release 1.0.16 - 3 June 2014 : Sticky availability view.

  • The availability calendar on the homepage now sticks to the date that you scroll to. So for instance if you scroll forward 2 months to work on some bookings on returning to the homepage you see the same date period. There's also a new button "==" between the back and forward buttons to take the view back to "today".

Release 1.0.15 - 29 May 2014 : Invoice Numbers.

  • Invoices now include an invoice number that is auto-generated but can be overtyped

  • Can now add html mark-up to notes fields such as a Booking Note.

Release 1.0.14 - 12 May 2014 : Hide Rooms From Availability.

  • Can now hide rooms from public availability. Access the Manage Rooms Setup option, from here select a room and adjust the new checkbox "Hide From Public Availability"

  • Fixed bug preventing the removal of some booking sources.

  • Fixed layout issue with registration page on some mobile devices.

Release 1.0.13 - 4 May 2014 : Invoice Enhancements, Registration Process

  • Invoicing edit page changed the "Manage Categories" button to "Add Category" which pops up a form to add a new category rather than navigating away to the manage category page.

  • Changed layout of buttons on the Invoice Edit page

  • Included a "payment plan" selection option during the account registration process.
